He later moved into a senior IT management role, where he successfully led numerous IT-related projects, collaborated with national and international vendors for technology procurement, and developed strong expertise in project execution, operational coordination, and strategic planning. Currently, he serves as Director at SQFT, where he oversees the company’s financial operations, procurement functions, and various aspects of project management. With a strong professional background and a commitment to continuous growth, he brings leadership, technical insight, and management expertise that contribute significantly to the organization’s operational efficiency and long-term development.

Sohail Sharif has been serving as Director Operations at SQFT Builders and Developers since its inception. With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a deep understanding of project execution, finishing standards, and on-site coordination, adding significant value to the organization’s development portfolio. A graduate in Fine Arts from the Karachi School of Arts (2002), he uniquely blends technical construction expertise with a strong artistic vision, enabling him to enhance projects with exceptional aesthetic detail and design sensibility.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and refined artistic judgment, he plays a key role in elevating each project into a distinctive example of craftsmanship. A passionate painter and creative thinker, his influence can be seen in several landmark projects across major cities of the country.
